You’ve just started your own business as a ENIVA Area Manager. Congratulations! You are now part of an exciting, growing and profitable business. You have made a great choice - a decision that will most certainly change your life.
We recommend that you read this section of the website in its entirety, except for possibly the Frequently Asked Questions section, which you can read once and then use as a handy reference guide.
The purpose of this guide is to give you an overview of what you need to know and do in the first few months as a ENIVA Area Manager and to help you avoid some common pitfalls. The most valuable asset you have for building this business is your sponsor and/or your upline mentor, because they have a vested interest in your future.
This guide is NOT meant to replace your upline, but to supplement their efforts. If you don’t understand something in this guide, or if it deviates from what your upline is telling you, then you should always share your concerns with your upline.
If you are reading this you should have already registered (either online or by phone) and have gotten your AM number. Your ENIVA Exclusives product sample package should be on its way.
Again, congratulations and welcome to the AM!

SPECIAL NOTE:
The Importance of Your Sponsor or
In most endeavors in life, we don’t get a mentor or someone who is responsible for our success. Generally, we don’t want to ask too many questions when we’re in a new job or a new situation, for fear of embarrassment. So when we become AMs, we tend not to want to bother our sponsor with too many questions. Besides, the process of registering new AMs looks so simple, and you may feel that you can just try it on your own. However, our experience is that nobody has succeeded in this business without getting help and training from their upline mentor, who is usually their sponsor.
If you’re not getting help from your upline on a regular basis, YOU ARE LIKELY TO FAIL! The first meeting that your upline will have with you is to make a game plan for the next 60-90 days. Depending on the situation, your upline will likely meet with you as many times as necessary, (usually one to three times a week), to help you develop a community.
In the beginning your upline will be doing almost everything for you – your role should be to watch and learn and take notes, even bring a tape recorder and tape it. As a new AM, everything will be new to you, so feel free to ask questions. Your upline expects this, and will be more than willing to give you all the information you need.
And lastly, do not try to re-invent the wheel by trying to do things your own way and possibly making preventable mistakes; before you do anything for the first time, check with your upline.
Make use of your upline - they are there to help you. If at any time you are not getting good results, stop immediately and seek advice from your active upline. They will never intentionally give any advice which would harm you or your business, as that would also be hurting themselves!
